Stress Management


Most people experience stress from time to time, and this isn't necessarily bad; stress is a natural response, but prolonged periods of stress can be harmful. There are many ways in which you can reduce or avoid stress, and if you are experiencing stress already, there are approaches you can follow to manage your stress most effectively.

This course helps to prevent, reduce, and manage stress levels, by providing a wide range of tools to deal with stress.

When you've finished, you'll be asked to demonstrate your understanding by completing a short assessment.

E-learning is not intended to replace our virtual/physical classroom training.

Audience
All council employees and councillors are welcome to access the e-learning.
