Introduction to behavioural agility
This elearning module will give you a greater understanding of behavioural agility. It will provide you with practical advice to help you become more agile.
When you finish the course, you will be asked to demonstrate your understanding of some of the key points by completing a short assessment.
By the end of the course, you should be able to:
- Adopt a growth mindset and explore your potential
- Understand how to positively embrace change as an essential evolution for personal success
- Let go of unhelpful thinking and learn to manage uncertainty and complexity

All council employees and councillors are welcome to access the e-learning.
